PHYSICIAN RECRUITER FOR LOCUM TENENS COMPANY IN HOUSTON, TX
Recession proof and growing, Mint Physician Staffing, a Houston based locum tenens (temporary) firm, has an opening for a physician recruiter to join it’s staff. Once you learn about our country’s physician shortage and the opportunity it presents to our physician recruiters, you will see Mint as a long term career opportunity. As a physician recruiter you will be responsible for building and maintaining a network of eligible physicians and mid-level providers to work at hospital systems, physician practice groups, clinics, and government institutions across the nation. Recruiters will develop their network through several different contact vehicles to include telephone, email, internet job boards, and select face to face conferences and networking events. Successful recruiters will be sales savvy, energetic, articulate, and tenacious.
Mint will support you with world class software and recently purchased physician lists to utilize as you build your physician network. Most recruiting will take place over the phone and will require making in excess of 80 dials per day when prospecting for new physicians. In return for your dedication Mint offers:

The typical total compensation range for most recruiters is $60K to over $80K with potential to exceed $100K. The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in a sales or recruiting environment
