Mint Physician Staffing is by growing leaps and bounds, over 30% to 55% each of the past three years. To assist us with new initiatives and to contribute to strong organic growth, we are seeking dedicated team members who can help us serve our hospital and physician clients. We are hiring Recruitment Consultants to work with our physicians as well as Account Managers to sell our services to hospitals and clinic systems. We also have an operations and administrative team that includes marketing, finance, credentialing, and operations. While we prefer experience, we do have entry level positions for all these roles. We are prepared to fully train you in order to become a successful representative of the Mint brand.
