ER & Hospitalist Shifts near Jackson, MS

Mint Physician Staffing is currently seeking a qualified physician with experience working in a dual ER/hospitalist role for an ongoing PRN/locum tenens assignment at a medical center less than an hour from Jackson, Mississippi.

Job Details:
• Work 6+ shifts per month
• Dual hospitalist and ER role
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• About 27 patients seen per day in the ER
• Less than 10 patient encounters per day
• Solo physician coverage
• Competitive pay rate with weekly direct deposit
• Malpractice with prior acts coverage provided

Requirements:
• Board Certified or Eligible in Emergency, Family, or Internal Medicine
• Full, unrestricted Mississippi medical license & DEA
• Minimal to no malpractice history
• U.S. Citizen or valid Green Card holder
