Hospitalist Shifts in Maine

We are currently seeking experienced hospitalists for ongoing PRN/locum tenens assignments at medical centers in Maine.

Greater Augusta (Job 6155):
• Ongoing block scheduling 
• 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No on-call coverage | No procedures | No code response
• 12 to 15 patient encounters per day shift
• Less than 5 patient encounters per evening  
• Provide rapid response for own patients 
• Double daytime physician coverage | Solo nocturnist coverage

Maine Highlands (Job 6157):
• 7 days on/7 days off scheduling
• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p and 7p-7a with no on-call coverage
• 12-15 patient encounters per shift
• Participate in code and rapid response
• Triple daytime physician coverage | Solo nocturnist coverage

Requirements:
• Residency-trained & BC or BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with Hospitalist experience
• Full, unrestricted Maine medical license & DEA 
• Minimal to no malpractice history
