Mint Physician Staffing is currently seeking experienced Primary Care physicians for locum tenens at Urgent Care facilities located in the Greater Los Angeles area.
Job Details:
• 12-hour shifts: Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
• 30 to 35 patients of all ages seen per 12-hour shift
• Must be able and comfortable treating patients as young as 6 months old, comfortable treating elderly patients, read x-rays, and handle standard procedures: suturing, lacerations, derma bonds, in-grown toenail removal, injections, drug screen collections, etc.
• Multiple medical assistants as support staff
• Competitive pay rate with weekly direct deposit
• Malpractice with prior acts coverage provided
Requirements:
• Board Certified or Eligible in a Primary Care specialty with 2 years of urgent care experience
• Full, unrestricted California medical license & DEA
• BLS certification
• Minimal to no malpractice history
• U.S. Citizen or valid Green Card holder
